Here at Eat Well Global, we strive to bring passion and purpose into each workday, and partner with clients to do the same. As part of our mission, to empower global change agents in food and nutrition, we prefer to lead by example, creating a business to benefit all. Through this direction, the Eat Well Global leaders have worked hard to take this mission a step further and crystallize what this means to our company. As such, we looked to the B Impact Assessment from B Corporation® to help guide this discussion, and after a rigorous vetting process, we are excited to announce Eat Well Global is now officially B CorpTM certified!

Through B CorpTM certification, Eat Well Global joins corporate leaders in social responsibility, all with a vision to utilize business as a force for good. Certified B CorpTM businesses have voluntarily met the highest standards of social and environmental performance, public transparency and legal accountability, ultimately to balance profit and purpose. Through the certification process, B CorpsTM are evaluated for the company’s overall impact on its community, employees, customers and environment. Additionally, B CorpTM certification ensures each company is committed to positive stakeholder impacts for the long-term through transparency and continued verification.

Additionally, as a women-owned and operated business, Eat Well Global is also a longtime WBENC-certified company. WBENC certification verifies a business to be at least 51 percent owned, controlled and managed by a woman or women. WBENC-certified companies must also participate in a thorough certification process, including formal documentation and site visits.

Eat Well Global partners, Julie Meyer, RDN, and Erin Boyd Kappelhof, MS, MPH, RDN, are proud to share this B CorpTM certification with our clients and partners, and as a complement to the company’s WBENC-certification. As we humbly join this group of corporate leaders, our own Eat Well Global leaders look forward to shaping and strengthening our commitments for the future.
